After Care Instructions:

We HIGHLY suggest to rinse off the hot gel with cool water and mild soap after you are done using it. If you are taking a shower, wash off the hot gel FIRST with cool water, then turn your water to hot gradually. DO NOT STEP INTO A HOT SHOWER OR BATH WITH THE HOT GEL STILL ON.

IF YOUR SKIN BEGINS TO BURN WHERE YOU FEEL DISCOMFORT & CANNOT TAKE IT, PLEASE RINSE IT OFF, AND STOP USING THIS PRODUCT. YOUR SKIN MAY BE TOO SENSITIVE IF THIS HAPPENS.
